Cancellation Policy
Boutique appointments and at-home parties are pre-paid for in advance. Either appointment type may be cancelled. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 4 days in advance of your appointment date and time. Please note, if you are hosting an at-home party in an outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions (e.g. inclement; rain, snow, temperature, etc.), this cancellation policy applies. For that reason, please have an alternative option to have the party moved indoors. Should there be a need to cancel within this 4 day window, the following cancellation penalties will be applied before a refund for the difference is processed: - Boutique Appointments: $25 cancellation fee - At-home parties: $100 cancellation fee If you are outside the 4 day window, please reschedule or cancel your appointment via our member portal. If you booked your appointment without creating a free account, please do so using the same email you initially used. If you booked your appointment while signed in to your account, please sign in. In either scenario, our system will prepopulate your current bookings. You can then reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you are within the 4 day window, our member portal will not allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment online. For that reason, you must email us at hola@beautyandbraidzzz.com. Please note, refunds are typically processed through our payment processer in one working day post a cancellation request, either online or by email. While we work to process the refund quickly, depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for you to see the refund on your end.
